Do you have physical stores?

As of today, we don´t sell our products in physical stores. We sell only online through:

Information about our poducts

Our pCosts, places and detailsroducts are mainly made of cotton and we only work with suppliers who are able to attest their commitment with the environment and social issues.

  • T-Shirts:                                  100% cotton
  • Sweaters and Hoodies:           80% cotton/ 20% polyester.

 

We collaborate with renown designers in the world of urban art in Spain. Our products, in line with our basic principles, invite to stand for the defense of human rights and openly and respectfully speak up our minds while striving for a better world.

Size tables are available for all garments on the web linked to every single  product.

How is the delivery working? Costs, places and details

We have various delivery options for Products purchased on our Site. You can choose the option that best suits your personal needs.

Once you have confirmed the purchase, the different shipping options and their cost will be displayed on the screen.

In case of special promotions with free shipping cost, it will be indicated on the screen.

  • Shipping Monday through Friday during business hours.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 am (CEST) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.

Currently we only deliver in Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). We will expand the list of countries shortly.

How can I track my order?

We have different options available to choose from to order the delivery you buy in our shop. You may choose the option that better suits you.

Once you proceed to confirm your purchase, you will be prompted with the different available optios and the corresponding cost.

 

In case of special offers where free delivery is included, you will be notified.

  • Delivery Monday to Friday in commercial opening time. 
  • Orders made before 11:00 (CEST) from Monday to Friday will be delivered the same business day.

 

Currently, we only deliver in Spain. We will inform shortly of the list of countries where we will be delivering.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

When doing the purchase, you may choose the preferred delivery method and you will be given an estimated delivery time according to the delivery company.

 

The average delivery time in Spain ranges from two to three working days, Monday thru Friday.

 

Should the package not reach in the estimated time, do please contact as by sending an email to ordersupport@19thCode..com providing all pertaining order details and we will give a quick solution as expeditiously as possible.

What is the return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you have just changed your mind, you may return it in the next fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery and get reimbursed. The product shall be in perfect shape though and must not have been used.
